        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Intro
        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        IPaddress is a tiny utility that finds your IP Address and lets you copy
        it to the computer's clipboard. You can then paste it from there into any
        application that requires you to enter your IP address and allows
        pasting. You can also e-mail your IP, and view a history of IP's you had
        during a period of time. IPaddress can detect both LAN and WAN IP
        addresses.

        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Requirements
        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Windows 2000 or later.

        An older version compatible with Windows 95, 98 and NT4 (without the WAN
        support) is still available here: http://bluefive.pair.com/ipaddress.htm

        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Installation
        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Automatic installation (double-click the Setup.exe file).

        To uninstall:
        double-click the 'Uninstall IPaddress' icon in the Start menu, or go to
        Control Panel/"Add/Remove Programs", select IPaddress and click "Remove".

        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Usage
        -------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Using IPaddress is pretty straightforward:

        Right-click any of the IP's to get access to the main functions:
        Save as; Copy to Clipboard; Send Email.

        IPaddress can detect both LAN and WAN IP's by means of reading your
        network adapters and querying external servers on the Internet.

        NOTES:

        * Duplicate IP's?

          Your LAN and WAN IP addresses may be the same if you are accessing
          the Internet directly with a dialup- ADSL- or cable modem without a
          hardware NAT router or WAP.

        * Unfamiliar LAN IP?

          When you have a VPN connection open, it will be listed as your LAN IP.
          That IP may look a bot odd because it's likely to be different from the
          IP you would expect to see or are used to see.

        * 0.0.0.0 ?

          If you see 0.0.0.0 as your LAN IP, it might be because you are using a
          VPN service like GoTrusted, Hotspot Shield, iPIG, OpenVPN, PublicVPN or
          Witopia (to name just a few). Some (if not all) of these VPN services
          install network adapters which are read by IPaddress. TIP here: use the
          Show All IP's menu to see all of your IP addresses.

        * Unfamiliar WAN IP?

          If you see a WAN IP which is not linked to any of your network
          adapters and isn't listed in the IP Config window, great chance it is
          the IP address from your (wireless) router.

        * IPaddress command line options:

          IPaddress listens to the commands "AutocopyEX" and "AutocopyIN".

          - "AutocopyEX" will start IPaddress and automatically copy the WAN IP
            to the Clipboard.
          - "AutocopyIN" will start IPaddress and automatically copy the LAN IP
            to the Clipboard.

          To trigger the "AutocopyEX" command, please use the IPaddress shortcut
          icon, right-click on it, select Properties and add a space and the word
          "AutocopyEX" (without the quotes) behind
          "C:\Program Files\IPaddress\IPaddress.exe" at the Target box.
          Then hit Apply and OK.

          So the string in the Target box should look like this:
          "C:\Program Files\IPaddress\IPaddress.exe" AutocopyEX

          (Assuming of course that you installed IPaddress in the default program
          folder).

          Same applies for the command "AutocopyIN".
